When you let go of deeply rooted pain and beliefs about yourself, the world, and the people around you, space is created. Space to make different choices and space to meet this moment as it is. Restless thoughts and a hurried feeling then give way to peace and clarity—a feeling of landing back in your body, here, in this moment.

In the process of acknowledging and releasing old pain, a healing connection with another person is essential. The deep connection that can emerge during sessions acts as a catalyst for healing—and it is something that brings me a lot of fulfillment. I am supported in this by my own transformation over the past few years, by my background as a psychologist and my training as a life therapist, and by my connection to my own essence.

I offer you the safety and loving presence in which the natural process of healing can unfold.

My guidance goes beyond words. I also work with the emotional, physical, and energetic layers of your system. I intuitively tune into what is needed in each moment, which is why no two sessions are the same. Sometimes we work with energy healing, sound, or movement. Sometimes we simply be present with what is arising within you at that moment. My strength lies in being fully present in the moment and in following the subtle impulses of intuition. From that gentleness and clarity, a safe space is created where healing can unfold.

Fully present in the moment

What’s so incredibly wonderful and helpful about Linda is that she masters the art of being fully present in the moment. And so I also felt that she was fully present for me. That she doesn't work from a pre-conceived plan, like, "this is where we need to go, this is good for the other person," but instead she gives me the confidence to sink deeply into myself, to be present with what is happening within me, and to explore together if anything is needed. It has helped me enormously in the process of accepting what I feel, of (unconscious) fears and panic within me.

A better-than-expected beautiful result

I began with the desire to experience the connection between my heart and my genitals. I was aware of a blockage in my diaphragm, but there may have been more blockages hindering the flow. During the sessions, we focused on making me feel safe, among other things. We took our time to gently and calmly acknowledge my feelings.
After the sessions, I always felt good in my body again. After the third time, I noticed that I could laugh out loud again, that I felt a bit freer.
During the fifth time, I was surprised that I could feel my heart and my genitals at the same time. I could even feel the connection between them, albeit somewhat vaguely. I was particularly surprised because, in my opinion, we hadn't been specifically focused on it. For me, it was a beautiful result beyond expectations that I can continue to work with.
It's not always clear to me how Linda works. Normally, I find this difficult; I like to know how things work so I can have some control. This time, I was able to let it go. My attention was focused on myself, feeling what I encountered in my body. Linda asked me questions and guided me in this way. Linda does this in a calm, gentle, understanding, and sweet manner. In previous situations, I might have struggled a bit with the gentle approach, but with Linda, I was able to surrender to it. So, that's also an experience I'll take with me.

Magical insights

This has truly been a very valuable gift to myself. I was immediately drawn to Linda's way of working: healing from an energetic connection from within. Linda is calm, open, warm, and attentive. When I come in, I feel her calmness and my own restlessness, and how much I need it to settle into myself. And when she then asks what I want to explore, she tries in various ways to connect me with what's on my mind. The heart is involved. And the question is always: what do you feel?
Linda can clarify things for me and keep an overview. She smiles at my wandering paths. She looks with gentle eyes and is very close. I get a lot of space from her. There is no judgment, no opinion. That's quite rare. And the most special thing was that I feel safe with her.
